What Responsible Gaming Means to Us

Responsible gaming at bcc99 is more than following rules – it's a mindset. Gaming is entertainment, not a guaranteed source of income. When playing stops being fun and starts feeling like stress or compulsion, it's time to step back.

We want every one of our users to stay happy and healthy. That's why we don't just offer games – we also provide responsible gaming tools and support so you stay in control of how you play.

Responsible gaming at bcc99 is built on three core pillars: Awareness, Control and Support. These are the three things we're always working to ensure.

Keep in mind: Chasing losses by betting more is never the right move. That's how the gambling trap begins.

Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
1
Set a Budget First

Decide how much you're willing to spend before you start playing. Stick to that limit, no matter what.

2
Stick to Your Time Limits

Decide how long you'll play each day before you start. Set a timer and stop when it goes off.

3
Accept Your Losses

Losses are part of the game. Chasing them with more bets only makes things worse.

4
Check Your Mental State

Never bet when you're angry, upset, or under the influence. You make better decisions with a clear head.

Our Safe Gaming Features

Safety features bcc99 provides for your protection

💰
Set a Deposit Limit
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately once set. To increase a limit, a 7-day waiting period applies.
⏱️
Session Time Limit
Decide how long you want to play. When your time is up, you'll get an automatic alert and the session will end. A great way to keep your daily screen time in check.
🧊
Cooling-Off Period
Temporarily pause your account for anywhere between 1 day and 6 weeks. During this period, you won't be able to log in or place bets — giving you the space to make clear-headed decisions.
🚫
Self-Exclusion
You can request a permanent account closure for a period of 6 months to 5 years. Your account cannot be reopened during this time under any circumstances.
📊
Activity Review
View your betting history, win/loss record, and spending summary. This information is invaluable for assessing your own habits.

Spot the Warning Signs

Watch out for any of the signs below — it may be time to seek help

😰
Chasing Losses You keep betting more to chase losses and find yourself unable to stop.
💸
Spending household money You're using grocery money, rent, or your children's tuition to fund your bets — or taking on debt to keep playing.
🕐
No track of time Hours disappear once you sit down to play. You're finding it hard to make time for family or work.
😶
Hiding from family You're lying to or hiding things from family or close ones about your gaming.
😣
Feeling restless when not playing You feel restless, irritable, or anxious after going a few days without playing.

Check Yourself

Ask yourself these questions honestly

1 Do you often spend more than your budget?
2 Do you chase losses by placing more bets after a loss to try to win back what you lost?
3 Have you skipped work, family, or important responsibilities to play?
4 Have you ever borrowed money or taken out debt to place bets?
5 Have you tried to stop playing but couldn't?
6 Has someone close to you expressed concern about your gaming?

If two or more answers are "Yes" – then please talk to our support team. We don't judge, we help.
